Welcome to pokéFRESH, where vibrant flavors meet wholesome ingredients.

Founded in 2017 on the west side of Akron, Ohio; pokéFRESH was northeast Ohio’s first and only build-your-own poké bowl restaurant. Expanding to Cuyahoga Falls in 2019, and Mayfield in 2020, pokéFRESH had three bustling locations, serving tens of thousands of customers across the state of Ohio. Then in March of 2020, the global pandemic hit, and the world changed forever. All three locations were built on a pre-pandemic business model, with 50+ seat dining rooms and tons of square footage. That floorplan and business model was not compatible with a post-pandemic world, so all three locations closed after their initial leases were up, just waiting for the perfect place and time to reopen.

That place is here. That time is now.

We’re beyond excited to bring pokéFRESH and its exciting offerings to the Belden Village/Canton area, and Stark county at large. The owner is a lifelong resident of Stark County, and can’t wait to show everyone here at home what they’ve been missing.
